Refund & Returns Policy

At PennSupplyHub, we value customer satisfaction. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item is returned with original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

Please note: Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Approved returns must be shipped according to the instructions provided by our customer service team.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error (see below).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Wholesale bulk orders
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

Due to the nature of our business, custom-made and bulk wholesale items cannot be resold and therefore are non-refundable unless defective.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately after the return process is completed.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a destination within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • The item is not a custom or personalized product

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction
